New Marine Geoheritage from the Russian Altai

چکیده

Marine geoheritage comprises unique geological features of modern and ancient seas oceans. The Russian Altai (southern Siberia) is a vast geologically rich area, which was covered by marginal sea the Panthalassa Ocean in Devonian. New geosites representing shallow- deep-marine depositional environments palaeoecosystems submarine volcano slopes are proposed, namely, Melnichnye Sopki Zavodskie Sopki. They located near town Zmeinogorsk (Altai Region Federation). These pieces marine valuable on an international scale. Special geoconservation procedures recommended to manage proposed efficiently. can be included geopark, reasonable create due concentration mining heritage study area.
